StoreSprint is a Swedish SaaS company with a clear ambition - Making Retail Operations Run. We help retail chains create structure, clarity and execution in daily operations through a platform used by thousands of store employees every day.
During 2025, StoreSprint launched in Finland through Rusta and Kesko (K-Supermarket). The response has been overwhelmingly positive.
Finland is a strategically important growth market for StoreSprint and during 2026 our ambition is to roll out to several franchisees and activate multiple new retail chains through pilots that scale into long-term rollouts.
As a result, we are now investing in local presence and recruiting for the role Commercial Lead to drive growth and establish StoreSprint in Finland.
Today, we work with companies such as Rusta, K-Supermarket, ICA, Hemköp, Coop and McDonald’s, with thousands of employees using StoreSprint daily to create a better and more efficient workday.
StoreSprint has experienced strong growth over the past few years, and we are now entering an exciting phase of expansion in Finland.
About the Role
You will be responsible for driving StoreSprint’s commercial expansion in Finland. This is a sales focused role with clear ownership of revenue, pipeline and deal execution. Your focus will be twofold:
First, you will drive sales towards franchisees within retail that fit StoreSprint’s Ideal Customer Profile, owning the full sales process from first contact to close.
Second, in parallel with the first, you will lead complex sales processes towards larger retail chains, building awareness and demand for StoreSprint across both operational teams and senior decision-makers.
The role is designed to start as a hands-on individual contributor position. As we build traction and scale in the Finnish market, there is a clear opportunity for this role to grow into Country Manager Finland.
Your Responsibilities
• Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting, qualification and first outreach to demo, negotiation and closing.
• Actively build pipeline through outreach to franchisees and retail chains.
• Build and nurture relationships with senior decision-makers across Operations, IT and Sales.
• Conduct product demonstrations that help customers clearly understand the value of the StoreSprint platform.
• Work in a structured way within CRM, managing pipeline, forecasting and reporting.
• Take ownership of onboarding new customers, from start to finish, in close collaboration with our Customer Success team.
• Collaborate closely with marketing, product and customer success teams to ensure strong delivery, onboarding and long-term retention.
• Work towards clear KPIs such as pipeline growth, demos, closed deals and ARR contribution.
• Represent StoreSprint at events, conferences and industry gatherings in Finland.
• Play a key role in building the StoreSprint brand and presence locally.
• Work closely with our Sweden-based leadership and core teams.
Your profile to succed
We are looking for a self-driven, structured and commercially minded individual who thrives in an environment with high ownership and clear goals.
• 2–5+ years of sales experience.
• A proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Strong prospecting skills including cold outreach, account research and networking.
• Experience with consultative sales, objection handling and complex buying decisions.
• A solid understanding of Retail Operations and store-level execution.
• Confidence engaging with senior decision-makers and executive stakeholders.
• A goal-oriented, resilient and highly independent working style.
• Excellent communication skills in Finnish and either English or Swedish.
Nice-to-Haves
These qualifications are beneficial but not required:
Background from a fast-growing startup or scale-up environment.
Experience in B2B SaaS sales.
Familiarity with the Finnish retail market and its stakeholders.
Understanding of Swedish.

Employment type: Full-time
Start date: During Q1 2026
Location: Finland or Stockholm. You must be prepared to visit retailers and stores locally in Finland at least 10–15 days per month.
